I really enjoyed the ending. The rest was OK but nothing that hasn't been done before and it was a bit too campy for what I was expecting. Not bad but not great, don't think I will own it though.

I'm a fan of all these movies and this one didn't disappoint. I enjoyed the 3d. I've always had a fear of having a freak accident on an escalator. The car wash scene was intense.

I thought it was a good movie and had some creepy parts. Do you guys prefer the original or theater version ending? I read about there being a third version ending as well but I don't know what happens in it.

Personally, I don't think it was as bad as a lot of folks let on so I'm glad I watched it. I'm definitely not a hardcore fan though so I guess I could understand how some people would be disappointed by it.

I read Bret Hart signed a deal with WWE and might guest host Raw in the future. If he punched Vince it would be the best thing that happened in WWE in years.

One doesn't necessarily have to like a classic or influential horror film, but it is necessary to not deny what it did for the genre.
I watched this again recently and the phone calls still creep me out
It still baffles me that despite the fact that the boyfriend was dead, the killer was still in the attic and the phone calls were still coming, it is possible to think that said boyfriend was the killer, as his body would have been removed by the police and some reanimation would have had to take place.
For all intents and purposes, Bob Clark has the same authority that Malek Akkad has to say what is and isn't canon for the movie, so just as they can officially ignore three movies, Clark can say who is and isn't the killer.
